WEAPONS AND TOOLS
The Kawakawa had a great imagination which means they could use flint (rock) for weapons or tools. They didn’t have any fishing rods or fish hooks so they used their arrow to fish and they used traps to catch fish too. Bow & arrows were used to hunt and to attack or even kill in wars. The Kawakawa would use a sharp rock to shave wood and to shape wood. They would use bones to make needles and hoes. Weapons they would think about what amazing technology they would try to make. They could use a stone for hammer uses in a battle are clubs, lances, bow & arrows. They used a small axe called a tomahawk that was used to chop down trees. The Kawakawa would twist deer sinew (tendon) around a piece of string to make it stronger. That’s how amazing the kawakawa’s imagination and determination was.
